Cancellations

Julien's Driving School will require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment, if this is not adhered to then the full lesson price is required.

Requirements To Drive

To be able to drive on the road, you must be at least 17 years old and hold a valid provisional licence.

Our Vehicles

All my cars at Julien's Driving School are fully insured to be used for driving tuition and they are all fitted with dual controls, even the automatics.

Driving Tests

All driving tests are to be booked through the DVSA and therefore Julien's Driving School is not responsible for any cancellations made by the DVSA. Your driving test may only be booked when your instructor says you're ready.

Package Terms And Conditions

All packages must be paid for in full upfront.

10 hour package – After a period of five weeks from when package was purchased no money refund can be given. Any unused lessons will be held for a maximum period of three months, after which they will expire and no longer be redeemable.

Any special offer deals that have been purchased are totally non refundable.

Any gift card packages that have been purchased are non refundable.

Code Of Conduct

The instructors at Julien's Driving Academy aim to make lessons a pleasant and enjoyable experience. All Julien's School staff treat our clients with respect and courtesy and so we expect the same in return. Any abusive attitudes towards our staff will result in a complete and immediate termination of any further lessons and no refund will be given.
